摘要
随着我国综合经济实力增强,城市化水平不断提高,房地产行业在我国经济体系中扮演着越来越重要的角色。结合福州市的房地产现状,并对房地产价格影响因素进行逐一分析,利用福州市房地产相关数据,采用多元线性回归方法构建福州市房地产价格模型并进行相应的实证分析,确定影响福州市房地产价格的主要因素并提出相应的政策建议。
With the enhancement of China's comprehensive economic strength,the level of urbanization is on the increase,and the real estate industry is playing an increasingly important role in China's economic system.This article mainly combines the status quo of real estate in Fuzhou City,and analyzes the influencing factors of real estate prices one by one.On the one hand,based on the related data of real estate in Fuzhou City,multiple linear regression methods are adopted to construct a price model for Fuzhou residential real estate and corresponding empirical analysis is conducted.On the other hand,the main factors affecting the housing price of Fuzhou City are determined and corresponding policy recommendations are put forward.
