心理契约视角下研究生导学关系异化研究 被引量:1

A Study of the Alienation of Tutor-Graduate Relationship From the Perspective of Psychological Contract

摘要 长期以来,围绕导学关系异化的极端案例层出不穷,引发社会舆论的同时也引发了学界对研究生导学关系问题的关注。基于心理契约视角,对251名研究生导师和692名研究生进行问卷调查,研究导学关系异化现象。发现(1)导师—研究生之间存在心理契约失衡,在对研究生群体的整体印象方面导师评价低于研究生评价,其中,双方在学习态度、未来规划维度评价存在显著性差异;(2)导师对学生学习的关心程度影响导师对研究生的心理契约满意度,导师在社会上是否获得尊重、导师的收入期望、导师对本校教师师德的评价也显著影响着导师对研究生的心理契约满意度;(3)研究生的成绩、上课不专注程度、是否有关系较好的老师、老师上课表现对研究生群体心理契约自评有显著影响。基于此,提出构建和谐的研究生导学关系的建议。 Cases of the alienation of mentoring relationship has become a public topic and has aroused attention in the academic circle.From the perspective of psychological contract,this project conducts a questionnaire survey of 251 tutors and 692 graduate students to study the alienation of mentoring relationship.The research finds that first there is a psychological contract imbalance between tutors and graduate students,with tutors’evaluation of graduate students lower than students’,and with significant disparity between the two sides in learning attitude and future planning;Secondly,tutors’concern for students’study affects their psychological contract satisfaction with the students,and their social respect,income expectation and evaluation of teachers’ethics also significantly affect their psychological contract satisfaction;Thirdly,graduate students’performance,in-class attentiveness,relation with teachers,and teachers’class performance have significant effect on their group psychological contract self-evaluation.Accordingly,this paper puts forward some suggestions for constructing a harmonious tutor-student relationship.
