基于模糊PID控制的工程车辆机械液压控制策略研究 被引量:3

摘要 目前国内生产的工程车辆控制系统存在不同程度的控制精度问题,为了提高工程施工过程中工程车辆液压系统的控制效果,提出了一种混合模糊PID控制算法.选取工程车辆机械液压系统中的常见组成部件,泵控马达速度控制系统对其构建数学模型并使用MATLAB进行仿真实验.结果显示,在起步加速阶段与负载作用阶段,系统使用模糊PID控制算法优化了控制过程,两阶段最大超调量分别降低了48.05%和40.01%,达到稳定状态的耗时分别减少了20.18%和26.71%.该研究成果对提高工程车辆的变速与行驶稳定性、优化工程车辆机械液压系统的控制效果有一定指导意义. In order to improve the control effect of the hydraulic system of engineering vehicles in the process of engineering construction,a hybrid fuzzy PID control algorithm was proposed in this paper.Then,common components in the mechanical hydraulic system of engineering vehicles were selected,the mathematical model was constructed by the pump-controlled motor speed control system and the simulation test was carried on with MATLAB.The results showed that fuzzy PID control can optimize the control process in the acceleration stage and load stage,the maximum overshoot of the two stages was reduced by 48.05%and 40.01%respectively,and the time to reach the stable state was reduced by 20.18%and 26.71%respectively.The research results had certain guiding significance for improving the speed change and driving stability of construction vehicles and optimizing the control effect of mechanical hydraulic system of construction vehicles.
