摘要 营养与食品卫生学是食品类专业研究生重要的专业基础课程,随着素质教育的全面提升,传统的营养与食品卫生学课程的教学理念、教学模式等已不能满足当今社会对技能型人才发展的需求.因此,要建立科学完整的课程体系、强化职业技能培养、加强师资队伍建设,从而增强学生的专业素养.从传统教学的不足为切入点,通过实践教学的改革完善教学模式,进而提高教学质量和效率. Nutrition and food hygiene is an important professional basic course for postgraduates majoring in food science.With the comprehensive improvement of quality education,the traditional teaching philosophy and teaching mode of nutrition and food hygiene can no longer meet the needs of skilled talents development in today’s society.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a scientific and complete curriculum system,strengthen vocational skills training,strengthen the construction of teachers,so as to enhance students’professional accomplishment.Starting from the shortcomings of traditional teaching,the teaching mode through the reform of practical teaching is improved,so as to improve the quality and efficiency of teaching.
