摘要
为解决对多曲率全弧外廓奇偶层交错退台现浇混凝土悬挑外边梁施工过程中的精准定位、模板制安、钢筋制安、外脚手架搭设等施工技术难题,依托深圳市城市轨道交通6号线二期6111标段建设工程开展了相应的施工关键技术研究。提出采用相对位置关系控制法及偏移圆心测量控制法实现精准放样,使用预制轻量化模具进行模板制安以及利用跨层支撑模板与既有外脚手架共同形成支撑体系的施工工艺。结果表明,提出的施工技术及施工工艺能够实现多曲率奇偶层交错退台现浇混凝土悬挑边框架构件的高质量、低成本、安全、高效施工,可为同类工程提供参考和借鉴。
In order to solve the construction technical problems such as accurate positioning, formwork fabrication and installation, reinforcement fabrication and installation, external scaffold erection and other construction technical problems in the construction process of multi-curvature full arc contour odd even layer staggered setback cast-in-place concrete cantilever outer beam, the corresponding construction key technology research is carried out based on the construction project of 6111 bid section of Shenzhen Urban Rail Transit Line 6 phase II. The relative position relation control method and the offset center measurement control method are used to realize the accurate lofting, the prefabricated lightweight mold is used for the template fabrication and installation, and the cross layer support template and the existing external scaffold are used to form the support system. The results show that the proposed construction technology and construction technology can achieve high-quality, low-cost, safe and efficient construction of cast-in-situ concrete cantilevered frame members with multi-curvature odd and even layers staggered setback. The research results can provide reference for similar projects.
