电动车用永磁同步电机MOSFET驱动硬件系统设计

摘要 本文基于TMS320F28335DSP进行了永磁同步电机控制系统MOSFET驱动硬件设计,其中包括74LCX244T缓冲放大器、HCPL-4504高速隔离光耦、CD4049UBC反向缓冲器、IR2101功率驱动器等电路的设计。详细设计分析了各芯片的外围电路及其可实现的功能,最后进行了永磁同步电机控制系统MOSFET驱动硬件由软件程序控制电机的实验,得到的驱动波形和电流波形验证了其可行性。 This paper designs the MOSFET drive hardware of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system based on TMS320 F28335 DSP,It includes the design of 74 LCX244 T buffer amplifier、HCPL-4504 high-speed isolation optocoupler、CD4049 UBC reverse buffer、IR2101 power driver and so on.The peripheral circuits and functions of each chip are designed and analyzed in detail, Finally, the experiment of permanent magnet synchronous motor control system MOSFET driving hardware controlling the motor by software program is carried out. The driving waveform and current waveform verify the feasibility of this design.
