摘要
本文主要介绍了国内现有石油钻机电控系统及机具自动化技术发展的一些现状,基于提高钻井速度、保障安全作业、减少人力资源使用、缩短钻井周期、节支降耗开展了石油钻机自动化技术的研究,实现了管柱自动化和井口作业自动化集成。同时将石油钻机电控系统、仪表系统、顶驱系统和管柱自动化系统集成为统一的控制系统,克服了常规石油钻机钻井周期长、钻井效率低下、作业风险高、使用大量人力资源,导致作业成本高等缺点。最后在钻井设备智能化、自动化、信息技术发展等方面提出了几点建议。
This article is mainly introduced the domestic existing electric control system of drilling rig and some machinery automation technology development,the status quo,based on increasing the drilling speed,safety,and reduce human resource use,shortening drilling cycle,and savings and consumption reduction for the research of the drilling rig automation technology,has realized the automation and wellhead string operation automation integration. At the same time,the electronic control system,instrument system,top drive system and string automation system are integrated into a unified control system. It overcomes the disadvantages of conventional oil drilling rig such as long drilling cycle,low drilling efficiency,high operation risk,large use of human resources and high operation cost. Finally, some suggestions on intelligent, automation and information technology development of drilling equipment are put forward.
