桑寄生的临床应用及其用量探究

综合历代经典方剂及现代名家经验,总结出汤剂中桑寄生用量范围为9~60 g,临床常用10~30 g,丸散剂的用量范围为1~2.4 g。根据不同的疾病分型及症状,探究其最佳用量,如补肝肾、安胎元治疗肾虚滑胎、妊娠下血等妇科疾病,用量为10~30 g;祛风湿治疗类风湿性关节炎、椎动脉型颈椎病等,用量为10~15 g;补益肝肾治疗高血压、系统性红斑狼疮,用量为9~60 g。根据疾病、证型及症状,选取中药配伍,如补肝肾、安胎元时常配伍菟丝子、续断、龟板等;祛风湿时常配伍杜仲、独活等;补益肝肾时常配伍杜仲、牛膝等。

Based on the classical prescriptions of past dynasties and the experience of modern masters,it is concluded that the dosage range of Chinese taxillus herb in decoction is 9-60 g,and its commonly used clinical dosage range is 10-30 g,while its dosage range in pills or powders is 1-2.4 g.Its optimal dosage should be explored according to dif ferent disease types and symptoms.For instance,when used for invigorating the liver and kidneys,tranquilizing fetal primordial qi in the treatment of gynecological diseases such as habitual abortion due to the kidney defi ciency syndrome,bleeding during pregnancy,its dosage range is 10-30 g.For dispelling wind and eliminating dampness to treat rheumatoid arthritis and vertebral artery type cervical spondylosis,etc.,its dosage range is 10-15 g.For tonifying the liver and kidneys in the treatment of hypertension and systemic lupus erythematosus,its dosage range is 9-60 g.Chinese taxillus herb is compatible with corresponding Chinese medicines according to varying diseases,syndrome types or symptoms.For example,for invigorating the liver and kidneys,tranquilizing fetal primordial qi,it can be combined with dodder seed,himalayan teasel root,tortoise carapace and plastron,etc.For dispelling wind and eliminating dampness,it can be combined with eucommia bark,doubleteeth pubescent angelica root,etc.For tonifying the liver and kidneys,it can be combined with eucommia bark,twotoothed achyranthes root,etc.
