秀珍菇营养利用规律探索及出菇特性研究 被引量:5

摘要 为筛选出适宜栽培的秀珍菇优良菌株,本研究通过综合评价不同秀珍菇菌株的生物学特性,以来自不同地区的11株秀珍菇菌株为试验材料,对其进行ITS分子鉴定,比较不同碳源、氮源、pH和温度的条件下菌丝的生长速度,筛选出适应性好、耐高温的秀珍菇菌株。本文研究发现不同菌株的生物学特性具有显著差异,葡萄糖为秀珍菇最适的碳源;豆粉和硝酸钠为秀珍菇最适的氮源;秀珍菇菌丝生长最适pH值为9。11号菌株培养基适应性良好,能高效利用多种碳氮源,且能耐高温,可在35℃生长,接种萌发时间为24 h、生育期为30~32 d,采收间隔时间为5 d。本研究表明秀珍菇菌株最适营养条件具有显著差异性,为菌株筛选最适培养基提供理论依据。 In order to screen out excellent strains of Pleurotus pulmonarius suitable for cultivation, this paper comprehensively evaluated the biological characteristics of different strains of P.pulmonarius.Eleven strains collected from different regions were used as experimental materials which were identified by ITS sequence.This study compared the growth rates of mycelia under the conditions of different carbon source, nitrogen source, pH and temperatures to screen out high-temperature resistant P.pulmonarius strains with excellent adaptability.The results showed that the biological characteristics of different strains were significantly different.the most suitable carbon and nitrogen source of P.pulmonarius were Glucose and soybean flour and sodium nitrate, respectively.The optimal pH value of P.pulmonarius mycelia was nine.Among these 11 strains, the No.11 strain had excellent substrate adaptability.This strain could efficiently utilize a variety of carbon and nitrogen sources and tolerate high temperature which grew at 35 ℃.Its germination time after inoculation was 24 h.The growth period of this strain was 30-32 d, and harvest interval was only 5 d.This result found that the optimal nutrient conditions of P.pulmonarius strains were significantly different, which laid the foundation for strains to screening out the most suitable substrates.
