安龙县农区褐家鼠肥满度的研究

Study on Relative Fatness of Rattus norvegicus in Agricultural Area of Anlong County

本研究采用体重与体长立方的比值作为肥满度指标,来反映鼠类身体状况的好坏。对贵州省安龙县2013-2020年农区鼠情监测捕获的229只褐家鼠标本进行统计分析,分别研究褐家鼠肥满度不同性别、生境、年龄、年度、月份、季节的变化情况,结果表明,褐家鼠肥满度的变动幅度为1.45~6.27 g/cm^(3),平均肥满度为(3.05±0.67)g/cm^(3)。不同性别之间肥满度差异不显著;住宅区平均肥满度明显高于农田区,住宅区和农田区之间肥满度差异显著;随着种群年龄的不断增长,肥满度逐渐增加,不同年龄组之间肥满度存在显著差异;不同年度之间肥满度差异极显著,不同月份、不同季节之间肥满度差异不显著。同时,比较了我国其他地区褐家鼠平均肥满度和贵州省主要鼠类平均肥满度的大小。

In this study,the physical condition of rodents was reflected based on the index of relative fatness,which was the ratio of body weight to body length cube.229 samples of Rattus norvegicus collected from the monitoring of rat condition in Anlong County,Guizhou Province from 2013 to 2020 were statistically analyzed,that was used to study the changes of the relative fatness of Rattus norvegicus in different genders,habitats,ages,years,months and seasons,respectively.The results showed that the relative fatness of R.norvegicus varied from 1.45 to 6.27 g/cm^(3),with an average relative fatness of(3.05±0.67)g/cm^(3).Statistical analysis showed that there was no significant difference in relative fatness between different genders.The average relative fatness of residential area was significantly higher than that of farmland area.With the continuous increase of population age,the relative fatness gradually increaseed,with significant differences in relative fatness among different age groups.There was a significant difference in relative fatness between different years,however,there was no significant difference in relative fatness between different months,as well as seasons.At the same time,the average fatness of R.norvegicus in other regions of China was compared with the average fatness of main rodents in Guizhou Province.
