摘要
针对钢铁冶金工艺中两个水系统的药剂方案分别进行低磷和无磷化切换,对此过程中的水质分析控制进行研究和效果验证。结合前期实验室小试初步确定的低磷和无磷药剂方案,对两个系统进行同步切换实验跟踪,重点对切换前后的水质进行在线连续监测及定期定点取样分析,形成可靠的数据链进行比对分析。
The chemical schemes of two water systems in iron and steel metallurgy process are switched between low phosphorus and non phosphating respectively.The water quality analysis and control in this process are studied and the effect is verified.Combined with the low phosphorus and non phosphorus reagent schemes preliminarily determined in the preliminary laboratory test,the two systems are synchronously switched and tracked,focusing on online continuous monitoring and regular fixed-point sampling and analysis of water quality before and after switching so as to form a reliable data link for monitoring.
