Research on Development Mode of Fourth Party Logistics of Agricultural Products in Shaanxi

围绕陕西农产品市场和农产品物流业发展现状,结合农产品第四方物流的功能与特点,分析陕西发展农产品第四方物流的必要性,并以此为基础提出构建陕西农产品第四方物流发展模式的总体思路,即整合现有物流资源的基础上,运用大数据将上游物流需求的集成再造与下游物流方案的设计规划有效衔接,以实现全社会物流资源的合理配置、统一调度和高效利用。

According to the current development of agricultural products market and agricultural products logistics industry in Shaanxi province,in combination with the functions and features of the fourth party logistics of agricultural products,the paper analyzed the necessity of the development of fourth party logistics of agricultural products in Shaanxi.On such basis,it put forward the general guidelines of constructing the fourth party logistics development mode of agricultural products in Shaanxi,namely integrating existing logistics resources,and establishing effective linkage between the upstream logistics demand and the downstream logistics planning,so as to realize the rational allocation,unified scheduling and efficient utilization of logistics resources across the society.
