摘要
运用熵权法和灰色关联分析对农村物流配送模式的适应性进行了研究。首先考虑工业品下行和农产品上行的差异,对自营物流、第三方物流、共同配送等常见农村物流配送模式进行系统的对比分析。接着,考虑区域经济发展水平、配送需求水平、物流供给能力、物流成本以及物流对企业的重要性等影响因素,运用熵权法和灰色关联分析对影响因素的关联度进行加权分析,以期为农村物流配送模式的选择提供支撑。
In this paper,we looked at the adaptability of the rural logistics distribution mode using entropy weighting and grey relational analysis.First,considering the difference between the downward movement of industrial products and the upward movement of agricultural products,we systematically compared and analyzed the common rural logistics distribution modes such as self-operated logistics,third-party logistics,and joint distribution,etc.Then,considering the influencing factors such as regional economic development level,distribution demand level,logistics supply capacity,logistics cost,and the importance of logistics to an enterprise,we applied entropy weighting and grey relational analysis to the correlation degree of the influencing factors,so as to provide decision-making support for the selection of rural of logistics distribution modes.
