Construction of Digital Supply Chain Platform for Tea Industry in Context of Rural Revitalization

利用现代“产业互联网”思维与技术,围绕“生态、特色、产业、文化、标准”等关键词,以信息化为主线,构建业务场景、主体场景、设施场景三个产业链维度和场景;运用现代供应链理论,实现“商流、物流、资金流、信息流”四流融通的一体化供应链管理模式;应用大数据和区块链理论,探索实现茶叶全产业链、供应链的大数据技术和商业模式,并构建基于“一品一码”和“供应链金融”的茶叶区块链业务模型;利用迈克尔波特的价值链理论,通过产业数字化平台的科技赋能,构建基于茶叶产销业务的基本价值链和基于信息、期货、金融、文旅、产学研用等经营活动的服务增值链。

In the paper,following the thinking and technology of the modern industrial Internet,focusing on keywords such as"ecology","characteristics","industry","culture",and"standards",etc.,and with informatization as the main line,we constructed the three scenarios of the industrial chain which were business scenarios,main body scenarios,and facility scenarios.Next,using the modern supply chain theory,we designed an integrated supply chain management mode of the flows of business,logistics,capital and information,then based on the big data and blockchain technologies,explored the technical and business modes for the whole industrial and supply chain of the tea industry,and built the tea blockchain business model based on"cargo ID"and"supply chain finance".At the end,using Michael Porter's value chain theory,through the technological empowerment of the industrial digital platform,we built the basic value chain of the tea production and marketing business and its value-added service chain across business activities such as information,futures,finance,cultural tourism,and research,etc.
