A Study of Vocational Education Serving the High-Quality Development of Zhangzhou’s Economy in the New Era

新时期漳州市的新一轮经济发展战略部署对职业教育的社会服务功能与能力寄予厚望、提出了更高的要求,这对于漳州市职业院校的社会服务水平提高和办学能力建设,既是一种挑战,更是一种机遇。漳州职业技术学院等市属职业院校需要主动作为,以教育部“双高计划”为契机和指引,直面职业院校技术研发薄弱的短板,破解难题、创新发展,弥补社会服务能力的不足,支撑地方重点产业和区域支柱产业建设,服务漳州经济高质量发展。

The new round of economic strategic deployment of Zhangzhou City in the new period places high hopes and puts forward higher requirements for the social service function and ability of vocational education,which is not only a challenge but also an opportunity for the improvement of social service level and the construction of operational capabilities of vocational colleges in Zhangzhou.Municipal-level vocational colleges,represented by Zhangzhou Institute of Technology,should take the initiative,make full advantage of the“Double High Plan”of the Ministry of Education,tackle the weakness of technical research and development of vocational colleges,solve problems and introduce innovations.Furthermore,they should make up for the lack of social service capacity,support the construction of local key industries and regional pillar industries,and serve the high-quality development of Zhangzhou economy.
