摘要
目的评价分析适用于飞行教官的FT动作的抗荷效果。方法FT动作以腹部、腿部肌肉持续用力为主,呼吸不用力。7名受试者在力量训练前和力量训练后分别进行了4组离心机试验:FT组采用FT动作,载荷峰值时发出指令;HP组采用HP动作;FT+KH-X组采用FT动作与KH-X抗荷服,在载荷峰值时发出指令;HP+KH-X组采用HP动作与KH-X抗荷服。记录分析G耐量(G值×时间之和)、心率等指标的变化。结果力量训练前的G耐量,HP组显著高于FT组、HP+KH-X组显著高于FT+KH-X组(P<0.05);力量训练后的G耐量,HP+KH-X组显著高于FT+KH-X组(P<0.05);训练后FT组、HP组、FT+KH-X组、和HP+KH-X组的G耐量分别增加了60.8%、34.6%、50.5%、51.7%。力量训练前HP组的平均心率与最大心率均显著高于FT组(P<0.05),HP+KH-X组的最大心率显著高于FT+KH-X组(P<0.05);力量训练后,FT组与HP组、FT+KH-X组与HP+KH-X组之间的平均心率与最大心率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。力量训练后,只有HP组的平均心率与最大心率显著低于训练前(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论适用于飞行教官的FT动作具有良好的抗荷效果,对飞行教官安全有效的指导带教,提高自身抗荷能力具有重要意义。
Objective To assess the+Gz protection of a new anti-G straining maneuver for fighter instructors:FT maneuver.Methods FT maneuver was performed with the contraction of abdominal and leg muscles with normal breathing.Seven healthy male subjects carried out the 4 groups of centrifuge tests before and after physical conditioning(PC).In the FT group,FT maneuver was performed and verbal orders were given during the+Gz peak.In the HP group,HP maneuver was performed.In the FT+KH-X group,the KH-X anti-G suit was worn and FT maneuver was performed while verbal orders were given during the+Gz peak.In the HP+KH-X group,the KH-X suit was worn while HP maneuver was performed.Changes of G endurance(the sum of G value multiplied by G exposure time)and heart rate were recorded and analyzed.Results Before PC,G endurance of the HP group was significantly higher than that of the FT group(P<0.05).G endurance of the HP+KH-X group was significantly higher than that of FT+KH-X group before and after PC(P<0.05).After PC,G endurance of the four groups increased by 60.8%,34.6%,50.5%and 51.7%respectively.Before PC,the mean HR and maximum HR of the HP group was significantly higher than that of the FT group(P<0.05),and maximum HR of the HP+KH-X group was significantly higher than that of the FT+KH-X group(P<0.05).However,no difference in HR was found after PC between the first two groups or between the last two groups(P>0.05).After PC,a significant decrease of mean HR and maximum HR was found only in the HP group(P<0.01、P<0.05).Conclusion FT maneuver can provide satisfactory+Gz protection for fighter instructors,which is of great significance for fighter instructors to ensure safe and effective flight instructions and promote their anti-G capability.
