高职院校土木建筑类实训室建设与管理模式分析

Analysis on Construction and Management Mode of Civil Architecture Training Room in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校能否成功培养一线应用型人才的决定性因素之一是实训室建设,专业教育旨在为社会培养更多应用型人才精英。因此,高职院校的教育只有在突出专业特点的基础上,进一步加强实训室建设的管理,提高重视程度,才能真正满足社会应用型人才需求。该文以土木建筑专业为切入点,提出高职院校土木建筑类专业实训室建设与管理模式的建议与具体对策。

One of the decisive factors for the successful cultivation of front-line applied talents in higher vocational colleges is the construction of training room.Professional education aims to cultivate more applied talents for the society.Therefore,only on the basis of highlighting the professional characteristics,further strengthening the management of training room construction and improving the degree of attention,can the education of higher vocational colleges truly meet the needs of social applied talents.In this paper,it puts forward some suggestions and specific countermeasures on the construction and management mode of civil architecture training room in higher vocational colleges.
