21世纪是知识经济的世纪,从我国传统科学研究模式和高科技产业现状看,整个社会能够支持起高科技产业技术的社会单位,在较长时间内仍然主要依托于大学、科研院所以及它们培养出来的跨世纪知识群体。该文主要研究大学生科技创新人才培养阻碍因素,探讨大学生科技创新人才培养创新策略,为高校在大学生科技创新人才培养方面提供经验和参考。

The 21st century is the century of knowledge economy.From the perspective of the traditional scientific research mode and the current situation of high-tech industry in China,the social units that can support high-tech industry and technology in the whole society still mainly rely on universities,scientific research institutes and the cross-century knowledge groups cultivated by them for a long time.This paper mainly studies the obstacles to the cultivation of college students'scientific and technological innovation talents,and discusses the innovation strategies of college students'scientific and technological innovation talents,so as to provide experience and reference for col‐leges and universities in the cultivation of college students'scientific and technological innovation talents.
