在“中国制造2025”背景下关于应用技术大学学生创新能力培养的思考

摘要 2015年3月,李克强总理首次提出了“中国制造2025”战略,为制造业转型升级和创新发展勾勒了宏大蓝图,提供了难得契机。应用技术大学担负着为制造业输送高技术、高技能人才的重要任务,必须紧扣国家战略,顺应产业发展趋势,改革教育教学方式,不断适应未来发展形势的变化。该文在认真梳理“中国制造2025”战略提出背景及对人才培养观影响的基础上,从创新创业课程模块的设置、“双师型”教师制度的构建、学生考核体系的改革等方面,详细探讨了应用技术大学提高学生创新能力的对策建议,并据此构建了学生创新能力的评价体系,以为高职院校教学改革提供参考依据。 In March 2015,Premier Li Keqiang first proposed the"Made in China 2025"strategy,which provides a rare opportunity to outline a grand blueprint for the transformation,upgrading and innovation of manufacturing in‐dustry.The University of Applied Technology is charged with the important task of transporting high-tech and high-skilled personnel to the manufacturing industry,so it must keep up with the national strategy,conform to the development trend of the industry,reform the way of education and teaching,and constantly adapt to the changes in the future development situation.Based on the background of the"Made in China 2025"strategy and its influence on the concept of talent training,this paper discusses in detail the countermeasures and suggestions of the applied technology university to improve students'innovation ability from the aspects of the setting of the innovation and entrepreneurship curriculum module,the construction of the"double division"teacher system and the reform of the student appraisal system,and constructs the evaluation system of students'innovation ability accordingly,which provides reference for the teaching reform of higher vocational colleges.
