摘要
CEFR交际语言能力涵盖言语行为、会话含义和惯用语三个维度的语用能力。通过问卷测评商务英语使用者与学习者的商务话语语用能力,结果显示两组受试者中的语用能力整体差距较大,学习者在言语行为能力方面最需加强,其次是对会话含义的理解和运用能力,两组受试者在惯用语方面区别较小。基于研究发现,商务话语语用能力与语言能力并非正相关,语境是语用意识与能力培养的关键,言语行为与会话含义互为影响因素。
CEFR communicative language competence covers three dimensions of pragmatic competence:speech act,conversational implicature and idiom.The questionnaire was used to assess the pragmatic competence of busi‐ness English users and learners.The results show that there is a large gap between the pragmatic competence of business English users and learners.Learners need to strengthen their speech act competence,followed by their ability to understand and use conversational meaning.There is little difference between the two groups in terms of idioms.Based on the research findings,the pragmatic competence of business discourse is not positively correlated with language competence.Context is the key to the cultivation of pragmatic awareness and competence,and speech act and conversational implicature affect each other.
