互联网技术对老年人生活的影响及对策

The Influence of Internet on the Life of the Aged and Its Countermeasures

互联网技术的普及给人们的生活带来了很多便利,但我国目前有将近2亿的老人还未接触网络,还有一些老人沉迷网络而无法自拔,该文从老年网民和非网民两个方面分析了互联网对老年人生活的负面影响,建议政府、互联网软件、硬件服务提供商及家庭和社区在推动老年人使用互联网的过程中共同努力,营造一个健康的适老化网络环境。

The popularization of Internet Technology has brought many conveniences to our life,but there are nearly 200 million old people in our country who have not contacted the network,and some old people are ad‐dicted to the Internet and can not extricate themselves.This paper analyzes the negative effects of the Internet on the lives of the aged from two aspects:The aged Internet users and the non-internet users.It suggests that the gov‐ernment,Internet software hardware service providers,families and communities work together to create a healthy and aging network environment in the process of promoting the use of the Internet by the aged.
