含铜不锈钢在尿液中的钝化膜分析及铜离子的溶出

摘要 通过X射线光电子能谱分析技术,探索含铜不锈钢(316L⁃Cu)与人体尿液接触后钝化膜厚度及表面元素状态变化,研究在人体尿液中含铜不锈钢的铜离子释放机理和化学反应.研究结果表明:含铜不锈钢表面由于吸附尿液中的无机盐等成分,形成Cr_(2)O_(3)和N,P等化合物混合的“调节膜”,且“调节膜”厚度小于316L不锈钢表面形成的膜;含铜不锈钢中的铜以离子形式溶出,且基体中的铜不断发生氧化还原反应,促进铜离子的释放,进而赋予材料持久的生物功能性. The aim of this paper is to research the passivation film thickness and surface element of 316L⁃Cu stainless steel after exposure to human urine by using X⁃ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis technology.Furthermore,the release mechanism and chemical reaction of copper ions will also be explored.The results show that inorganic salts and other components in urine deposit on the surface of 316L⁃Cu stainless steel,which forms a“conditional film”consisting with Cr_(2)O_(3) and N,P compounds.The thickness of the“conditional film”formed on the surface of 316L⁃Cu stainless steel is lower than that of 316L stainless steel.The biological functionality of inhibiting bacteria adherent and encrustation formation is attributed to the releasing of copper ions,which is dissolved from the matrix by continuously oxidation⁃reduction reactions.
