本体感觉强化联合肌力训练在全膝关节置换术后康复中的应用

Application of Proprioception Exercises Combined with Strength Training in Rehabilitation after Total Knee Arthroplasty

目的探讨本体感觉强化训练联合肌力训练对于促进全膝关节置换术后患者康复的效果。方法以2019年10月至2020年10月于南通市第三人民医院骨科行全膝关节置换术的124例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(n=62)与对照组(n=62)。对照组接受常规肌力训练,观察组在此基础上联合本体感觉强化训练。比较两组患者患肢股四头肌肌力改善情况、膝关节功能、并发症发生率及SF-36生活质量评分。结果干预8周后,观察组患者的患肢股四头肌肌力、膝关节功能评分及生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05),并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论本体感觉强化训练联合肌力训练可有效提高全膝关节置换术患者的股四头肌肌力,促进其膝关节功能恢复,减少并发症发生,有助于提升患者术后生活质量。

Objective To explore the effect of proprioception exercises combined with strength training on rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty.Methods A total of 124 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in the Orthopedics Department of Nantong Third People’s Hospital from October 2019 to October2020 were selected as the subjects.They were divided into the observation group(n=62) and the control group(n=62).The control group was given conventional strength training,while the observation group was given proprioception exercises on this basis.The affected limbs of patients in the two groups were compared in terms of the improvement of quadriceps femoris strength,knee function,incidence of complications and SF-36 quality of life score.Results After 8 weeks of intervention,for the affected limbs of patients,the quadriceps femoris strength,knee function score and quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of complications was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Proprioception exercises combined with strength training are helpful to improve the quality of life of patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty as this combination can effectively improve the strength of quadriceps femoris,speed up the recovery of knee joint function and reduce the occurrence of complications.
