手术室护士腹腔镜结直肠癌手术隔离技术执行情况分析

Analysis on Implementation of Isolation Techniques in Laparoscopic Colorectal Surgery by Operating Room Nurses

目的通过调查了解手术室护士对腹腔镜结直肠癌手术隔离技术的执行情况并分析其执行薄弱环节和影响因素。方法2020年7—9月,采用自行设计的调查问卷,围绕17项肿瘤手术隔离技术操作情况,对福州市4所三级甲等医院手术室的护士进行调查,采用统计描述及单因素分析对相关影响因素进行分析。结果共调查手术室护士90名,包括肿瘤医院护士24名、综合医院护士66名;其腹腔镜结直肠癌手术隔离技术执行情况平均得分为(53.56±6.07)分,得分率为78.76%,91.11%的护士表示存在不规范行为。术中切口及穿刺口的保护、气腹的使用、肿瘤切除后无菌区重置等是隔离技术执行的薄弱环节。医院类型、护士性别、护士及领导对肿瘤手术隔离技术的重视程度及培训情况等均对相关手术隔离技术的执行有一定影响(P<0.05)。结论手术室护士的微创肿瘤手术隔离技术执行水平有待提高。管理者应通过制订相关标准流程、加强培训等措施,促进肿瘤手术隔离技术的有效落实。

Objective To investigate the implementation of isolation techniques in laparoscopic colorectal surgery by operating room nurses and analyze weak points and influencing factors.Methods From July to September 2020,the operating room nurses from 4 Grade Ⅲ-A hospitals in Fuzhou City were selected.They were surveyed using a self-designed questionnaire for the implementation of 17 tumor surgery isolation techniques,and analyzed for related influencing factors using statistical description and univariate analysis.Results A total of 90 operating room nurses were investigated,including 24 from cancer hospitals and 66 from general hospitals;the average score of the implementation of isolation techniques in laparoscopic colorectal surgery was(53.56±6.07) points,with a scoring rate of 78.76%;91.11% of the nurses indicated that they had irregular behaviors.The protection of surgical incisions and punctures,the use of pneumoperitoneum,and the resetting of the sterile area after tumor resection were the weak points during the implementation of isolation techniques.The type of hospitals,the gender of nurses,the attention of nurses/leaders paid to tumor surgery isolation techniques and the training of solation techniques had a certain impact on the implementation of related surgical isolation techniques(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation level of isolation techniques for minimally invasive tumor surgeries by operating room nurses needs to be improved.Nursing administrators should promote the effective implementation of isolation techniques for tumor surgeries by formulating relevant standard operating procedures and strengthening relevant training.
