摘要
随着战争形态的改变,战斗力生成模式也在不断变化。围绕智能化战争形态和作战理念,提出了基于结构力的战斗力生成模式,阐述了结构力概念以及组织结构力、信息结构力2大核心要素的作用机理,构建了基于网络信息体系的结构力生成范式,分析了基于组织中台架构的结构力生成技术,为发展弹性网络信息体系提供结构力生成方法论和理论参考。
With the changing of warfare form,the generation mode of combat effectiveness is changing constantly.Based on the form and concept of intelligent warfare,the generation mode of combat effectiveness based on structure effectiveness is proposed.The concept of structure effectiveness and the action mechanism of organization structure effectiveness and information organization structure effectiveness are expounded,the structure effectiveness generation paradigm based on networking informationcentric system of systems(SoS)is constructed,and the structure effectiveness generation technology based on the organization center's architecture is analyzed.Thus,it can provide the structure effectiveness generation methodology and theoretical reference for the development of agile networking information-centric SoS.
