基于OBE理念的热分析原理实验教学设计

摘要 热分析动力学是一种通过热重数据计算获取动力学参数(最概然机理函数、指前因子和表观反应活化能)对材料热化学反应机理进行探究的理论,普遍用于生物质转化和有机固废的高温降解。热分析原理实验的开展可有效促进学生对能量转化和环境治理等方面的学习。本文以目标导向教育(OBE)理念探索为基础,提升学生解决复杂工程问题的能力,从多个方面对热分析原理实验教学设计进行改善。在OBE模式下实施的热分析原理实验教学不仅可以改变枯燥的教学氛围,有效激发学生学习兴趣,还为学校培养人才和推进教育革新提供理论基础。 Thermal analysis kinetics is a theory that explores the thermochemical reaction mechanism of materials through the calculation of thermogravimetric data to obtain kinetic parameters(the most probable mechanism function,pre-factors,and reaction activation energy),which is commonly used in biomass conversion and high temperature degradation of organic solid waste.The development of thermal analysis principle experiments can effectively promote students'learning of energy conversion and environmental governance.The article highlights to improve students'ability to solve complex engineering problems based on the exploration of the OBE concept,and the thermal analysis principle experimental teaching design is improved from many aspects.The experimental teaching design implemented under the OBE mode can not only change the boring study atmosphere and effectively stimulate students'interest in learning,but also provide a theoretical basis for schools to cultivate talents and promote educational innovation.
