盆底超声诊断女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的研究进展

盆底功能障碍属于常见的女性生殖系统疾病,主要是指患者的盆底组织与器官出现退化或损伤而引起的盆底功能异常。常见疾病类型包括尿失禁、大便失禁、慢性盆腔疼痛等,上述疾病均会降低患者生理功能和生活质量。超声是诊断盆底功能障碍的常用方法,包括经会阴、经阴道、经肛管、超声断层成像等,均具有检查重复性、无创、无辐射等优点,广受医师与患者的青睐。随着超声技术的不断发展,盆底超声诊断女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的诊断效能越来越高,为盆底成像发展提供更多契机。

Pelvic floor dysfunction is a common female reproductive system disease,which mainly refers to the abnormal pelvic floor function caused by the degeneration or damage of pelvic floor tissues and organs.The common symptoms in‐clude urinary incontinence,fecal incontinence and chronic pelvic pain,which can harm patients’physiological function and life quality.As a widely used method in the diagnosis of pelvic floor dysfunction,ultrasound,including transperineal ultra‐sound,transvaginal ultrasound,transanal ultrasound,and tomographic ultrasound imaging is favored by doctors and patients for the repeatability,non-invasiveness,and non-radiation.With the continuous development of ultrasound technology,the efficiency of pelvic floor ultrasound in diagnosing female pelvic floor dysfunction keeps improving,which provides opportu‐nities for the development of pelvic floor imaging.
