基于有限元法的挤压铝型材结构振动分析

摘要 通过有限元软件,在特定的条件下对中空挤压铝型材系统结构进行了仿真计算,探究其减振降噪特性。基于CAD/CAE软件平台,通过有限元软件ANSYS对车体截面进行建模。忽略部分影响因素,利用有限元的方法,对铝型材车体结构进行了分析研究,计算出不同型材结构的固有频率并得到模态振型图,从而对不同型材结构的减振降噪特性进行了分析。 In this paper,the finite element software is used to simulate the structure of the hollow extruded aluminum profile under finite conditions to explore its vibration and noise reduction characteristics.In order to explore the vibration and noise reduction characteristics of aluminum vehicle body structure,based on CAD/CAE software platform,the finite element software ANSYS is used to model the body section.Ignoring some influencing factors,the finite element method is used to analyze and study the structure of aluminum profile car body,calculate the natural frequency of the profile structure and obtain the modal mode diagram,and analyze and predict the vibration characteristics of the structure of different profiles.
