摘要
柠檬酸作为一种具有高效、无污染、无残留的酸化剂和新型绿色饲料添加剂,对水产动物的生长性能、消化功能、饲料转化率、机体免疫力均有显著作用,可抑制消化道有害菌群。综述了柠檬酸的理化特性与生理功能及其对水产动物作用机理,在水产养殖中的具体应用及适用量,并提出了有待进一步解决的问题。
Citric acid, as an efficient, pollution-free, no residual acidifier and a new type of green feed additive, plays a significant role in the growth performance, digestive function, feed conversion rate, immunity and inhibition of harmful bacteria in digestive tract of aquatic animals. In this paper, the physicochemical properties and physiological functions of citric acid and its action mechanism on aquatic animals, its specific application and suitable dosage in aquaculture were reviewed, and the problems to be further solved were put forward.
