摘要
为实现多路信号采集测量的快速响应,自主搭建试验装置,以高温高压工况需要进行温压补偿的流量测量为例展开研究,从软件算法策略上做出改进,并与常规方法进行对比,验证改进方法的有效性,结果表明:流量和液位信号的均值响应时间分别提高了36.7%和45.6%,稳定性也有所提高。
For purpose of achieving rapid response of multi-channel signal acquisition and measurement,a control loop test device was established and having the flow measurement needing both temperature and pressure compensation at high temperature and high pressure taken as an example to carry out research was implemented,including making improvement on the software algorithm strategy and comparing it with conventional methods to verify the effectiveness of the improved method.The results showed that,the mean response time of the flow and liquid level signals has been increased by 36.7%and 45.6%,respectively,and the stability has also been significantly improved.
