摘要 为了准确分析旋转设备振动信号0.5倍频、基频与多倍频的相关参数,基于高速模拟数字转换器(ADC)和数字信号处理(DSP)平台,运用线性插值重采样方法,实现了旋转设备振动信号的自适应采样,并将采样数据进行快速傅里叶变换(FFT)得到振动信号频谱分析参数。针对实际工业应用,在满足性能指标的前提下,拓宽信号频率范围。通过搭建硬件平台,在DSP内部以模拟信号进行的仿真实验结果表明:本设计能够准确定位所需分析信号的频率,计算所得幅值相对误差在±0.3%。 For purpose of analyzing relevant parameters of the 0.5 octave,fundamental frequency and multi-octave frequency of the vibration signal of rotating equipment,having a high-speed ADC and a DSP platform based and the linear interpolation re-sampling method adopted to achieve adaptive sampling of vibration signals of the rotating equipment was implemented,including to perform fast Fourier transform(FFT)on the data sampled to obtain vibration signal spectrum analysis parameter.Meanwhile,for actual industrial applications,the signal frequency range was broadened under the premise of meeting performance indicators.Building a hardware platform and verifying the simulation by means of analog signal inside the DSP show that,this design can accurately locate the signal frequency to be analyzed,and the calculated relative amplitude error stays at±0.3%.
