摘要
在乙烯裂解炉烧焦过程中,部分炉管出口温度(COT)容易过高发生“飞温”,而部分过低致使COT分布不均衡。针对传统烧焦控制方法仅对COT平均值进行控制,不能很好地控制热场的问题,提出基于工况识别的随机分布系统建模方法,通过对烧焦过程COT升温快慢工况的识别,再对烧焦过程中COT分布的概率密度函数进行建模,为乙烯裂解炉烧焦过程COT进行随机分布先进控制奠定基础。
During the decoking process of the ethylene cracking furnace,the COT(coil outlet temperature)of some furnace tubes may swift up and others’becomes too low to unbalance the COT distribution.Considering traditional method’s shortcomings in controlling thermal field in decoking control process,a random distribution system modeling method based on operating modes identification was proposed.Through discerning the speed of COT heating during the decoking process,modeling the probability density function of COT distribution during the cracking process was implemented to lay the foundation for COT distribution there.
