半夏泻心汤联合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎Meta分析

Meta Analysis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)Combined with Chinese Herbal Enema in Treating Ulcerative Colitis

目的:系统评价半夏泻心汤(BXD)联合中药灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎(UC)的临床疗效及安全性。方法:按Cochrane系统评价方法,检索万方数据知识服务平台(WF)、中国知网(CNKI)、维普期刊资源整合服务平台(VIP)、Pubmed及Web of Science数据库,查找采用BXD联合中药灌肠治疗UC的随机对照试验文献。通过RevMan 5.4软件对符合纳入标准的研究进行Meta分析。结果:共15项研究符合纳入标准,Meta分析提示,较常规西医治疗方法,BXD联合中药灌肠治疗UC可显著降低中医症状评分(SMD=-1.97,95%CI[-2.61,-1.33]),提高总有效率(RR=1.38,95%CI[1.30,1.46]),降低不良反应发生率(RR=0.25,95%CI[0.14,0.45])。结论:BXD联合中药灌肠治疗UC疗效确切,可明显改善患者便血、腹痛等症状,降低复发率及不良反应发生率。

Objective:To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Banxia Xiexin Decoction(半夏泻心汤)combined with Chinese herbal enema in treating ulcerative colitis(UC).Methods:Randomized controlled trials of Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Chinese herbal enema in treating UC were retrieved from the Wanfang Database knowledge Service Platform(WF),China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Weipu Journal Resource Integration Service Platform(VIP),Pubmed and Web of Science by following the Cochrane system evaluation method.Meta-analysis was performed on the studies that met the inclusion criteria through RevMan 5.4 software.Results:Total 15 studies met the inclusion criteria.Meta analysis suggested that compared with conventional western medicine treatment,Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Chinese herbal enema treatment of UC could significantly reduce the symptom score of traditional Chinese medicine(SMD=-1.97,95%CI[-2.61,-1.33]),increase the total effective rate(RR=1.38,95%CI[1.30,1.46]);reduce the incidence of adverse reactions(RR=0.25,95%CI[0.14,0.45]).Conclusions:Banxia Xiexin Decoction combined with Chinese herbal enema has a definite effect on UC.It can not only significantly improve the symptoms of hematochezia and abdominal pain,but also reduce the recurrence rate and the incidence of adverse reactions.
