摘要 试验选择表面物理化学改性途径中较为安全简便的紫外光接枝方法,通过向涤纶织物上接枝丙烯酸季铵盐来改善涤纶织物的亲水等性能。对实际生产研究中涤纶织物改性处理途径及其存在的问题进行了阐述分析,同时以单一因素为变量分组实验探究,其他因素作为定量进行试验,得到涤纶织物紫外光接枝丙烯酸季铵盐的最佳工艺条件以及接枝后对织物性能的影响。具体分组研究了以引发剂二苯甲酮浓度、丙烯酸质量分数、紫外光辐照时间和季铵盐质量分数作为变量,通过对单因素变量在一定范围内设置梯度,研究对丙烯酸季铵盐接枝工艺条件的影响并展望了未来改性涤纶的发展方向和前景。通过实验探究和总结出紫外光接枝方法的最佳工艺条件为引发剂二苯甲酮浓度为0.25 mol/L,接枝单体丙烯酸质量分数为50%,紫外光辐照时间35 min。此外,涤纶织物在使用紫外光接枝法接枝上丙烯酸季铵盐进行表面物理化学改性处理后,亲水性、抗静电及抗菌性均具有一定程度的改善。 The UV grafting method,which is a safe and simple way of surface physical and chemical modification,was selected to improve the hydrophilicity of polyester fabric by grafting quaternary ammonium acrylate onto polyester fabric.This paper expounds and analyzes the modification treatment ways and existing problems of polyester fabric in the actual production research.At the same time,taking a single factor as the variable,the group experiment is explored,and other factors as the quantitative experiment,the best process conditions of UV grafting quaternary ammonium acrylate on polyester fabric and the influence of grafting on fabric properties are obtained.Taking the concentration of initiator benzophenone,mass fraction of acrylic acid,UV irradiation time and mass fraction of quaternary ammonium salt as variables,the effects on the process conditions of quaternary ammonium salt grafting of acrylic acid were studied by setting a gradient in a certain range for the single factor variable,and the development direction and Prospect of modified polyester in the future were prospected.Through experiments,it is found that the optimum process conditions of UV grafting method are as follows:the concentration of initiator benzophenone is 0.25 mol/L,the mass fraction of grafted monomer acrylic acid is 50%,and the UV irradiation time is 35 min.In addition,after the surface physicochemical modification of Polyester Fabric Grafted with quaternary ammonium acrylate by UV grafting method,the hydrophilicity,antistatic and antibacterial properties have been improved to a certain extent.
