摘要
对甲苯磺酸催化,分子筛动态吸附脱水,油酸和异丙醇为原料合成油酸异丙酯。结果表明:n(异丙醇)∶n(油酸)为2.0∶1,催化剂0.8%(油酸、异丙醇),不高于100℃,反应4 h,酯化率达到96.56%。反应总级数为二级,表观活化能为41.09 kJ·mol^(-1),指前因子为5.31×10^(2) L/(mol·min)。
Isopropyl oleate was prepared using oleic acid and isopropanol as raw material,p-TSA as catalyst and with 4A zeolites as dehydration adsorbent.The optimum reaction conditions were obtained:n(isopropanol)∶n(oleic acid)=2.0∶1,p-TSAdosage was 0.8%of the total mass of isopropanol and oleic acid,reaction temperature was less than 100℃under the condition of reaction of 4 h.The results showed that conversion of oleic acid can reach 96.56%.The synthesis of isopropyl oleate is a second-order reaction on p-TSAcatalyst,the apparent activation energy of 41.09 kJ/mol,the pre-exponential factor of 5.31×10^(2) L/(mol·min)for p-TSAcatalyst was obtained.
