D-果糖-1,6-二磷酸三钠盐对小鼠的耐缺氧作用研究

摘要 目的:研究D-果糖-1,6-二磷酸三钠盐对小鼠的耐缺氧作用。方法:以D-果糖-1,6-二磷酸三钠盐为受试物,设定67,133,400mg/(kg·bw·d)三个剂量经口给予小鼠一个月,进行小鼠常压耐缺氧实验、急性脑缺血性缺氧实验、亚硝酸钠中毒存活实验,并设无菌水组作为溶剂对照进行比较。结果:常压耐缺氧实验中400 mg/(kg·bw·d)组小鼠存活时间长于0 mg/(kg·bw·d)组,急性脑缺血性缺氧实验中400 mg/(kg·bw·d)组小鼠喘气时间长于0 mg/(kg·bw·d)组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在本实验条件下D-果糖-1,6-二磷酸三钠盐具有提高缺氧耐受力的作用。 Objective:To study the hypoxia tolerance effect of D-Fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt on mice.Methods:The D-Fructose 1,6-diphosphate trisodium salt was used as the test material,and three doses of 67,133,400 mg/(kg·bw·d)were set.After one month of oral administration,mice were subjected to normal pressure hypoxia,acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia and survival of sodium nitrite poisoning.The observation groups were compared with the solvent control group.Results:The survival time of 400 mg/(kg·bw·d)group was longer than 0 mg/(kg·bw·d)group in the experiment of normal pressure hypoxia,and the asthmatic time of the former group was longer than the latter one in the experiment of acute cerebral ischemic hypoxia.Differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the conditions of this experiment,1,6-fructose tri-sodium salt has the function of improving the ability of hypoxia tolerance.
