采用手性固定相高效液相色谱法拆分富马酸丙酚替诺福韦及其对映异构体

The Separation of Tenofovir Alafenamide Fumarate and its Enantiomers by Chiral Stationary Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC)was Studied

目的:建立采用高效液相色谱法拆分富马酸丙酚替诺福韦及其对映异构体的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法。结果:富马酸丙酚替诺福韦与其对映异构体在此条件下分离度为6.6,且峰面积与浓度在一定的范围内均呈良好的线性关系。结论:该方法可用于富马酸丙酚替诺福韦及其对映异构体的分离,并且专属性强、灵敏度高,能够准确、可靠的定量检测富马酸丙酚替诺福韦中的对映异构体。

Objective:To establish a HPLC method for the separation of tenofovir fumarate and its enantiomers.Methods:High performance liquid chromatography.Results:Under these conditions,the separation degree of tenofovir and its enantiomer was 6.6,and the peak area and concentration showed a good linear relationship in a certain range.Conclusion:This method can be used for the separation of pofol fumarate tenofovir and its enantiomer,and has strong specificity,high sensitivity,accurate and reliable quantitative detection of enantiomer of pofol fumarate tenofovir and its enantiomer.
