摘要
目的:建立火焰原子吸收分光光度法测定丙戊酸钠片质量含量。方法:检测波长:589.0 nm;通带:0.2 nm;溶剂:1%硝酸溶液;火焰类型:空气-乙炔;燃气流量:1.1 L/min。结果:丙戊酸钠在质量浓度0.5~5μg/mL的范围内线性关系良好,线性回归方程为Y=0.0926X+0.0214,r=0.9979;重复性RSD=0.6%;回收率为101.4%;辅料不干扰丙戊酸钠片质量含量测定结果,专属性良好;24 h内吸光度稳定,RSD=1.2%;两批丙戊酸钠片的质量含量测定结果分别为100.4%,100.1%,与药典方法测定的结果相比,无显著差异。结论:经验证,该方法线性、重复性、回收率、专属性、稳定性良好,可用于测定丙戊酸钠片中丙戊酸钠质量含量。
Objective:To establish a method for the determination of sodium valproate tablets by flame atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS);Method:detection wavelength:589.0 nm;slit width:0.2 nm;solvent:1%nitric acid solution;flame type:air-acetylene;gas flow:1.1 L/min.Results:The absorbance and concentration of sodium valproate showed a good linearity in the range of 0.5~5μg/mL,Y=0.0926X+0.0214,r=0.9979;RSD of reproducibility for 6 injections was 0.6%;The recovery rate was 101.4%;The excipients did not interfere with the content determination of sodium valproate tablets,so this method has good specificity.The absorbance was stable within 24 h,RSD=1.2%;The content determination results of two batches of sodium valproate tablets were respectively 100.4%and 100.1%,and there was no significant difference compared with the results determined by pharmacopoeia method.Conclusion:It has been proved that this method has good linearity,repeatability,recovery,specificity and stability,and can be used to determine the content of sodium valproate in sodium valproate tablets.
