摘要
目的:建立一种以UPLC-MS/MS法同时检测降血脂类和减肥类保健品中5种非法添加药物成分的方法。方法:以Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18(150 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)为色谱柱,0.2%甲酸水-乙腈为流动相,ESI源,正/负离子模式;MRM多反应监测质谱条件下,0.35 mL/min流速进行梯度洗脱。结果:5种化学成分的分离度较好;方法学考察中线性关系r均在0.99以上,加标回收率在79.59%~110.34%,最低检测限为0.3 ng/g,定量限为0.9 ng/g。结论:该方法前处理简单、分析时间短,效率高。为相关食品药品监督管理部门及时发现此类非法添加行为提供技术支持。
Objective:Establish a method to simultaneously detect 5 illegally added drug components in blood lipid-lowering and weight-loss health products by UPLC-MS/MS.Method:Using Agilent Eclipse XDB-C 18(150 mm×2.1 mm,5μm)as the chromatographic column,0.2%formic acid water-acetonitrile as mobile phase,ESI source,positive/negative ion mode;MRM multi-reaction monitoring mass spectrometry conditions,0.35 mL/min flow rate Gradient elution.Results:The separation of the five chemical components is good;the linear relationship r in the methodological investigation is all above 0.99,the recovery rate of the standard addition is 79.59%~110.34%,the minimum detection limit is 0.3 ng/g,and the limit of quantification is 0.9 ng/g.Conclusion:The method has simple pre-processing,short analysis time and high efficiency.Provide technical support for relevant food and drug supervision and administration departments to detect such illegal additions in a timely manner.
