摘要
通过分析煤种的灰熔点,灰分含量,灰渣的流动特性,水氧比等因素来说明这些因素是怎么影响科林炉的气化温度和操作温度。当操作温度越接近气化温度时,气化效率就越高。通过分析科林炉炉温的判断方式,如水冷壁热通量、水冷壁废热锅炉的副产蒸汽、渣样、渣口压差以及合成气中CH_(4)和CO_(2)的含量,进而得出科林炉炉温的控制方法有改变氧煤比,改变水氧比,调整煤种,增加助剂等方法。
The factors such as ash melting point,ash content,ash and slag flow characteristics,water-oxygen ratio and so on are analyzed to illustrate how these factors affect the gasification temperature and operating temperature of collin furnace.When the operating temperature is closer to the gasification temperature,the gasification efficiency is higher.By analyzing the judging methods of the temperature of the Collin furnace,such as the heat flux of the water wall,the byproduct steam of the waste heat boiler of the water wall,the slag sample,the pressure difference of the slag mouth,and the content of CH_(4) and CO_(2) in the syngas,it is concluded that the control methods of the temperature of the Collin furnace include changing the ratio of oxygen to coal,changing the ratio of water to oxygen,adjusting the coal type,increasing the additives and so on.
