摘要
借助有限元软件,分析了椭圆形和矩形组合腐蚀缺陷管道在内压作用下等效应力状态,研究了组合腐蚀缺陷间距、长度、宽度和深度对管道等效应力的影响。结果表明最大等效应力与腐蚀缺陷间距、缺陷长度及深度呈正比,与宽度呈反比。当管道内组合腐蚀缺陷间距大于60 mm时,缺陷间距对应力影响可以忽略不计。腐蚀缺陷深度对等效应力影响最大,宽度和长度对等效应力的影响依次减小。
With using the finite element software,the equivalent stress state of the pipeline containing elliptical and rectangular combined corrosion defects is analyzed under internal pressure.The effects of combined corrosion defects of the span,length,width and depth on the equivalent stress of the pipeline are studied.The results show that the maximum equivalent stress is positively proportional to the span,length and depth of the corrosion defects,but inversely proportional to the width of the corrosion defects.When the span of combined corrosion defects in pipeline is higher than 60mm,the effect of the span on the stress can be ignored.The effect of the depth of corrosion defect on the equivalent stress is the highest,and the effects of width and length decrease successively.
