摘要 基于《现代仪器分析》的课程目标与修课学生的实际情况,以提高食品质量与安全专业教学质量为目的,采用线上线下混合教学模式对学科专业课程《现代仪器分析》进行教学探索和实践。具体以《现代仪器分析》课程中的核心章节内容“气相色谱法”为例,概述线上线下混合教学模式的实施过程及其特色优势,证实以学生为中心的线上线下混合教学模式能够深入落实“以生为本”的教学理念,切实提高高校教育教学的整体质量和实际效果。 In order to improve the teaching quality of food quality and safety in colleges and universities,the online and offline mixed teaching mode was introduced into the required professional basic course,contemporary instrumental analysis,based on the course objectives of food quality and safety and the actual situation of students.Taking the core chapter of functional properties of gas chromatography in the course of contemporary instrumental analysis as an example,the implementation process and advantages of online and offline mixed teaching mode was summarized in this paper.It was confirmed that the online and offline mixed teaching mode on the center for students could further implement the teaching concept of"student-oriented"and significantly improve the teaching quality and the actual teaching result.
