在国家生态环境保护工作不断发展的大趋势下,为发挥信息技术与环境保护融合在环境管理方面的作用,按照《生态环境大数据建设总体方案》、《四川省环境信息化“十三五”发展规划》等相关文件要求,并结合攀枝花市环境信息化发展现状,开发建设了“攀枝花市环境信息化省市县三级统筹环保数据分析应用系统”。本系统开发采用了B/S架构以及J2EE相关技术实现,并基于GIS进行相关专题地图的应用建设。本系统的开发建设,有效提升了攀枝花市环境信息化能力和环境管理水平,切实提高了环境管理工作效率,对攀枝花市推进环境管理能力现代化建设具有重大意义。
