三角梅芽变突变体光合特性分析

摘要 以三角梅芽变植株上的黄化叶片和正常叶片为试材,通过观测叶色、茎粗、叶长、叶宽等园艺性状及光合色素含量、叶绿素荧光参数等生理指标,研究三角梅芽变突变体中黄化叶片的光合特性。结果表明:三角梅芽变植株上的黄化叶片与正常叶片的叶色差异明显,而其茎粗、叶长、叶宽等指标差异不显著;叶绿素a、叶绿素b、类胡萝卜素、总叶绿素含量及Fo、Fm、Fv、Fv/Fm等叶绿素荧光参数均明显低于正常叶片,说明黄化叶片在生长过程中可能受到了某种胁迫,使得三角梅叶色突变体的光合速率降低。 In this study,the photosynthetic characteristics of the yellowed leaves and normal leaves of the bougainvillea mutants were studied by measuring the morphological indexes such as leaf color,leaf length,photosynthetic pigment content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters.The results showed that there were significant differences in leaf color between normal and yellowing leaves,but no significant differences in leaf length and leaf width.The contents of Chlorophyll a(Chla),chlorophyll b(Chlb),carotenoid(Caro),total chlorophyll(Chla+b)content and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters such as Fo,Fm,Fv and Fv/Fm were significantly lower than those of normal leaves,indicating that the yellowed leaves might be under some stress during the growth process,which reduced the photosynthetic rate of the mutant.
