摘要
在石油资源勘探开发过程中,钻完井工程是评价、动用地下油气资源的关键作业环节。由于油气资源是埋藏在地表以下的地层中,并且开发环境气候恶劣,具有项目投资大、作业风险高、应急处置难等特点,因此石油工程项目是一种高技术水平的工程项目。主要就钻完井工程项目扁平化组织结构管理中的信息管理模式进行了分析和论述,以促进钻完井工程项目管理水平的提升和优化。
In the process of oil resources exploration and development,drilling and completion engineering is the key operation link of evaluating and producing underground oil and gas resources.Because the oil and gas resources are buried in the stratum below the surface,and the development environment and climate are bad,it has the characteristics of large project investment,high operation risk and difficult emergency disposal.Therefore,the petroleum engineering project is a high-tech engineering project.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the information management mode in the flat organizational structure management of drilling and completion engineering project,hoping to better promote the improvement and optimization of drilling and completion engineering project management level through the exploration of this paper.
