摘要
为了提高井下震击解卡工具的综合使用性能,开展石油钻探施工中井下震击解卡工具参数优化方法的设计。通过优化井下震击解卡工具结构、设计主要部件技术参数、井下震击解卡工具安装与复位三个步骤,实现对井下震击解卡工具参数的优化。选择以某进行中的石油钻探施工项目为例,将设计的优化方法对接工具,将其引入该项目当中,对比优化前后的施工效果。经过检验后证明,优化后的工具密封强度得到明显提高,证明设计的优化方法可提升工具的综合性能。
In order to improve the comprehensive service performance of downhole shock unlocking tools,the parameter optimization method of downhole shock unlocking tools in oil drilling construction is designed.By optimizing the structure of downhole shock unlocking tool,designing the technical parameters of main components,and installing and resetting downhole shock unlocking tool,the parameters of downhole shock unlocking tool are optimized.Based on an ongoing oil drilling construction project,the design optimization method and docking tool are introduced into the project,and the construction effects before and after optimization are compared.After inspection,it is proved that the sealing strength of the optimized tool has been significantly improved,which proves that the design optimization method can improve the comprehensive performance of the tool.
