摘要
根据实际工艺要求,储罐底部往往需要安装伴热装置来保证罐内介质的温度和状态。根据检修和更换要求,罐底伴热装置需要设计成可拆结构,同时对罐底板和支撑型钢的强度提出新的要求;但目前国内标准中没有关于型钢支撑的设计、计算方法。以实际工程实例,按照GB50341或API650和实际工程经验,阐述了一套大型储罐的罐底可拆加热装置的设计方法。
According to the actual process requirements,the bottom of storage tank often need to install heat tracing device to ensure the temperature and state of the medium in the tank.According to the maintenance and replacement requirements,the tank bottom heat tracing device needs to be designed into a detachable structure,and the strength of the tank bottom plate and supporting steel is put forward new requirements;But there is no design and calculation method about section steel support in domestic standard.According to GB50341 or API650 and practical engineering experience,the design method of a detachable heating device at the bottom of a large storage tank is expounded.
