近些年来,我国社会经济的发展速度一直在不断加快,科学技术水平也获得了很大程度提升,在这样的背景下,化工工艺行业也呈现出了良好的发展态势,在我国的产业总体结构当中占据的地位也越来越高。对于化工企业来说,日常所开展的化工工艺及设备生产的安全性评估工作是非常有必要的,此项工作的开展与化工企业化学器械应用的安全以及操作人员的人身安全之间存在着非常密切的联系。基于此,化学部门建立科学完善的安全管理系统迫在眉睫,主要对有关化工工艺及设备生产的安全进行分析和探讨。

In recent years,China's social and economic development has been accelerating,and the level of science and technology has been greatly improved.Under this background,the chemical process industry has also shown a good development trend,and occupies a higher and higher position in China's overall industrial structure.For chemical enterprises,the daily safety assessment of chemical process and equipment production is very necessary.There is a very close relationship between the development of this work and the safety of chemical equipment application in chemical enterprises and the personal safety of operators.Based on this,it is urgent for the chemical department to establish a scientific and perfect safety management system.This paper mainly analyzes and discusses the safety of chemical process and equipment production.
