燃气场站丙烷BOG再液化系统研究

摘要 大型丙烷低温常压储罐虽设置了良好的保温绝热措施,但因储罐一般建在室外或者地下,储罐内低温液体因储罐内、外环境温差造成的热传递导致吸热闪蒸为BOG(Boil Off Gas),BOG气体如果不及时排放会使储罐超压,导致储罐安全阀起跳,严重时会使储罐破裂造成安全事故,利用压缩机对丙烷BOG进行压缩冷凝再液化,达到控制储罐压力稳定及回收BOG气体的目的。 Although large propane low temperature and atmospheric pressure storage tanks are equipped with good thermal insulation measures,because the storage tanks are generally built outdoors or underground,the low temperature liquid in the storage tanks caused by the heat transfer caused by the temperature difference between the inside and outside of the storage tank causes endothermic flash Steaming into BOG(Boil Off Gas).If the BOG gas is not discharged in time,the storage tank will be overpressured,which will cause the safety valve of the storage tank to trip.In severe cases,the storage tank will rupture and cause a safety accident.Liquefaction achieves the purpose of controlling the pressure stability of the storage tank and recovering BOG gas.
