摘要
传统的培养方案中,更多的是以教师为主导,因人设课。“OBE”模式则是基于产出的教育,以学生为中心,按需设课,按照学生发展的要求设课。而表现性评价可以很好地弥补传统纸笔测试所存在的知识孤立考查等弊端,二者的结合可以使教学达到更好的效果。所以要加强学习,真正理解OBE理念和表现性评价的内涵和功能,才能有效开展有机化学试验的教学。
Traditional training programs are more teacher-oriented and individualized,while the"OBE"mode is output-based,student-centered,on-demand and according to the requirements of student development.Performance evaluation can make up for the disadvantages of traditional pen-and-paper test,such as knowledge isolation examination,and the combination of the two can make teaching achieve better results.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the study and truly understand the connotation and function of OBE concept and performance evaluation,so as to effectively carry out the teaching of organic chemistry experiment.
